High-School Scholarship Program

The Dupont Primary School would like to start a high school* scholarship program. At present scholarships are offered by a single local corporation, once every five years. Occasionally retired teachers will sponsor books or uniforms for students going into seventh grade. The school believes that scholarship incentives would help keep students in school and on track for university.

Your gift to provide a high-school scholarship would help provide for academic expenses like textbooks, uniforms, lunches, transportation and education-related incidentals.

*In Jamaica children attend basic school from age 3-6. Primary school starts in first grade and goes through sixth. High school is grades seven to eleven.
